About Us
Self-Compassion NYC is a refuge from life's challenges, teaching mindfulness and self-compassion practices. We teach 1:1 and groups, in-person or virtually. Currently we are offering the 8-Week Online Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) course and spreading kindness and joy through mindfulness and meditation education. More courses and offerings are in development.
