Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC)

At the heart of MSC are the three fundamental components of mindfulness, common humanity, and self-kindness. We need mindfulness to be aware of the present moment in order to recognize what is arising and to choose to embrace our experiences with tranquility and poise.

Recognizing our common humanity connects us deeply with others, reminding us that we are not isolated and alone in our struggles; we all struggle similarly. And self-kindness allows us to embrace our own suffering with a tender, caring heart, providing the comfort and support we need in trying times.

Together, these elements forge a warm, connected presence, offering solace and strength during the most challenging moments of our lives. In the MSC, you are not just enrolling in a program; you are stepping towards a more compassionate, resilient, and balanced way of being.
