Silent retreats are an amazing experience and one that I have found truly transformative. Personally, I think everyone should do at least a 7-day retreat a year. Silent retreats offer a unique opportunity to step away from the noise and distractions of daily life, providing a refuge for inner peace and reflection. In our fast-paced world, taking time to unplug and connect with our inner selves can lead to profound insights and a deeper sense of tranquility that we would otherwise miss if we don’t take the time to slow down.
